It has come to our attention through your written request of the desire to transform a certain long-term servant within your household, Mr. Thomas Renfield, into a vampiric creature. The Sanguine have taken the interval since receiving your formal letter to investigate this appeal along with the individuals involved to insure that no malevolence resides within.
We have found no such malice, thus we grant your entreaty. This letter stands as formal license to perform the act of siring the aforementioned human. Your previous letter will stand as proof of such request and evidence of accountability in the case of any wrong doing by the fledgling vampire within the first three years of his new existence or the length of his stay within city limits, whichever comes first.
